Lucy Jolley

LMSW

Hi! My name is Lucy and I'm excited to work with you! My goal is to help you leave your pain behind so you can live a life that you value and find meaning in. I'm an optimist, someone who will cheer for you, and someone you can laugh with.

I enjoy working with people from all walks of life and am prepared to assist people with a wide variety of problems, like anxiety and depression, trauma, disability, neurodivergence, and more. I especially enjoy working with people from the LGBTQIA+ community on learning about their identities and how to navigate the world in a way that celebrates who they are inside.

The general frameworks that I utilize to assist you in living your best life are ACT and DBT. Both of these theories are based on building the skills that you need to be successful in your life, such as mindfulness, emotion regulation, conflict resolution, and problem solving.

In my personal time, I love to write stories and enjoy stories in their many formats: through anime, video games, reading, movies, etc. I find so much meaning and comfort in exploring other people's experiences and learning from them.
