Noelle Quong

LMSW

Hello! My name is Noelle, and I am lucky to call myself a licensed mental health provider. I have always aspired to support individuals in overcoming their challenges. I take pleasure in collaborating with individuals, supporting them in discovering solutions and fostering personal fulfillment. I possess a compassionate approach and am committed to helping my clients recognize their value and purpose. I am truly passionate about connecting with people of all ages and walks of life, for every stage they navigate brings its own set of unique challenges and triumphs.

I have accumulated four years of experience in this field, and I have thoroughly appreciated every moment of my journey. My professional journey began with a practicum focused on working with children, after which I transitioned to working with adults. Most recently, I have been engaged in supporting adults with co-occurring disorders and a history of substance use.

My approach is centered around the individual and focused on finding solutions. I engage with each client with an open mind and adapt my style to meet their specific needs. I employ acceptance-based therapy while also emphasizing problem-solving techniques. My experience with Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) has enhanced my understanding of the connections between thoughts and behaviors.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my toddler, my partner, and my two dogs and two cats. Outside of family time, I prioritize my self-care by reading, crocheting and drawing.

I am looking forward to being a part of your self-healing journey.
