Kjersti Lang

LPC, LAMFT

Hello my name is Kjersti Lang and I have had the privilege of being a part of the Marriage and Family Therapy field for the past 6 years. My passion is to walk alongside clients as they learn more about who they are and the inner strengths that they possess. My goal is for clients to learn how to utilize those strengths, while navigating the various stages of life.

I specialize in work with couples, families, and children. I see clients dealing with relationship struggles, life changes, grief, behavioral issues, depression, anxiety, divorce, and a wide range of other challenges.

I practice primarily from a solution focused approach, where I believe the client can access their own solutions and answers through guidance in therapy. For children, I approach their time with play therapy and interactive models. I also use cognitive-behavioral approaches and any others that might best fit what my clients needs.

I am married to my best friend and we spend most of our days just trying to keep up with our daughters. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, being outdoors and spending quality time with family.
