Hello my name is Alicia and I have been blessed to be a part of the mental health field for a little over seven years as a marriage and family therapist. I have always wanted to help people in some sort of way and over the years I realized my skills would be best utilized in guiding people to achieve their happiest and healthiest self. My ultimate goal is to help everyone form healthy relationships with themselves and others and be the guiding light to help them overcome the most challenging aspects of their life.
I specialize in work with couples and families, and also see individuals, adolescents and children. I see clients dealing with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, PTSD, divorce, relationship problems and a wide range of other challenges.
I practice mostly from an experiential, cognitive-behavioral and structural perspectives and I utilize the best practice that suits my clients needs.
I am married and we have 3 fur babies (1 dog and 2 cats). When I'm not at work I enjoy reading, knitting and playing with my animals. My husband and I always make a point to watch a new movie every week.
